The Ladies Management Committee of the Az-Zahraa Islamic Centre in Richmond hosted their annual Volunteer Appreciation Luncheon on March 22nd, 2009.  Part of their program was to invite active volunteers from various organizations to come and speak about their work. 

Canuck Place was pleased that three long standing and experienced Family Volunteers were able to attend.  Christine Carr, Shalu Duggal and Avria Shier all presented their CP stories and experiences with everyone in attendance.
