A club has taken hold at West Point Grey Academy that fosters good will to all. Through the leadership of a few students the Canuck Club was formed.
Meeting twice a month, this enthusiastic group has created seasonal cards for all the children at the hospice, amazing crepe paper flower bouquets and in their latest activity, raised $500.76 through a Jelly Bean Jamboree!
The lucky winner took home over 6,888 jelly beans but the winners were the Canuck Place children and families who will benefit from the creativity and generosity of this amazing group of children.
With their imaginations racing, the Canuck Club leaders, Hunter, Nick, Nick and Emma, are working on new ideas for the months ahead.
This is a fabulous example of Kids helping Kids in a variety of ways and we are grateful to have them in our corner.
