Canuck Place scores with donations in lieu of Birthday Gifts
When young Cole Bowering had his recent hockey theme birthday party, he requested no presents. Instead he encouraged his friends and families to donate to the Vancouver Canucks’ luminary charity – Canuck Place Children’s Hospice.
Having accepted the ‘gift’ of $160 in birthday donations, Cole then purchased a Portable CD Player and two Sunday Brunches as Precious Gifts for Canuck Place children and families.
