Canuck Place Champions' Club

Canuck Place Children’s Hospice recently created the Champions' Club as a way to bring our valued donors closer to Canuck Place. 

Your annual commitment will ensure the provision of valuable care to our children and families now and in the future. 

As a member of this important club you are supporting the ongoing operations of Canuck Place.

Your gift: 

• Provides exhausted parents with the opportunity for their child to be looked after by highly skilled health care professionals for respite care, pain and symptom management and transition; planning as a child and family work towards moving home
• Assists with the development of innovative new approaches to hospice care for children;
• Supports family members to be with their end-of life child around the clock in a loving home-like environment all while being looked after by some of the most gifted pediatric palliative care professionals;  and
• Ensures that our families who have lost children can access specialized grief and bereavement counseling for as long as they need these services

In addition, by becoming a member of the Canuck Place Champions' Club, or an Inner Circle member, you are eligible for additional benefits based on your level of membership.

You may join the Champions' Club at one of five levels:

Friends – donors who give between $250 and $499 per year unrestricted.

Supporters – donors who give between $500 and $999 per year unrestricted.

Patrons* - donors who give between $1,000 and $4,999 per year unrestricted.

Benefactors* - donors who give between $5,000 and $9,999 per year unrestricted.

Champion*  - donors who give $10,000 or more per year unrestricted.

*Patrons, Benefactors & Champions also become part of the Champions' Club Inner Circle
