The John Munro Legacy Fund in honour of a former Board Member dedicated to Family Communications

In 2007, Canuck Place lost a great friend and Board member, John Munro.  John joined the Board in 1999 bringing his vision and leadership to the organization.

An influential leader in Canadian marketing and communications, John was respected for his “think outside the box” campaigns which earned many national awards and accolades. While dedicated to his own family, still he always found time to help others, especially the families at Canuck Place.

To honour John’s vision, leadership and service, Canuck Place established the John Munro Legacy Fund, dedicated to Family Communications, enhancing internal and external communications on behalf of children and families.
