Go Canucks Go! Pledge Club Details
By registering for the Go Canucks Go! Pledge Club you agree to make a donation to Canuck Place Children’s Hospice based on the value of your pledge multiplied by the number of Vancouver Canucks wins in the 2011-2012 pre-season, regular NHL season and during the 2012 Playoffs.
The number of wins will be calculated based on the number of regulation, overtime and shoot out victories (home or away) by the Vancouver Canucks starting September 20, 2011 and continuing until the end of the 2011-2012 NHL regular season to April 7, 2012 and throughout the 2012 PLAYOFFS.
Pledges will be processed on a monthly basis, on the first of the month [or after each Playoff Round] to the credit card provided. The amount charged to your credit card will be calculated by multiplying the pledge submitted by the number of Vancouver Canucks victories in the previous month [or in each Playoff Round]. After the donation has been processed a tax-receipt for your donation will be electronically issued as a PDF file and sent by email.
You may unsubscribe (cancel) from the program at any time by notifying Canuck Place Children's Hospice or using the unsubscribe link provided in the Pledge Program registration email. Your unsubscribe request will be processed on the date submitted and the credit card provided will be charged based on the number of Vancouver Canucks wins up to that date during the current month. Afterwards a tax-receipt will be issued for your records.
