Participate or support a racer for the 7th Annual Innovative Fitness Canuck Place Adventure Challenge.

Racers will challenge themselves to a grueling circuit involving Kayak / Mountain Bike [or Road Ride] / Trail Run, with the aim at raising funds for Canuck Place Children's Hospice.

This year the Adventure Challenge, taking place on:

• Saturday, September 15 in Panorama Park, Deep Cove, North Vancouver,

and

• Sunday, September 16th at Cultus Lake in the Fraser Valley.
