Canuck Place celebrates World Hospice & Palliative Care Day – October 10, 2009
World Hospice & Palliative Care Day is a designated day providing people living with life-threatening illnesses, their families and caregivers to make their voices heard about what hospice and palliative care means to them.
The theme for this year is “Discovering your voice” – an opportunity for people around the world who are unable to access the care they need to raise their voices. For additional information, please visit www.worldday.org
