Canuck Place Gingerbread Engineers take the prize for ‘Best Group Effort / Involvement’

The Development Team of Canuck Place recently took part in Sutton Place Hotel’s annual gingerbread decorating contest.  

The decorating challenge brought out the creative talents of the various suppliers and business associates of the Sutton Place Hotel.   As a chosen charity, Canuck Place’s team also participated in making a unique display.

The Canuck Place gingerbread house was inspired by our recent announcement to extend our reach to the Fraser Valley and to build a new children’s hospice in in Abbotsford.   The gingerbread house was made to look like a construction site – complete with a (chocolate) bulldozer, half-completed roof and the flags for BC and Abbotsford.    The resulting creation earned the ‘best group effort / involvement’ prize.    View Photos
