Run to Support Canuck Place Children’s Hospice in the first annual Hospice Hustle
Please join us Saturday, June 12th, 2010 and take part in a 5k run/walk and help Canuck Place build a children’s hospice in Abbotsford. The majestic 5km route circles Mill Lake starting & finishing at the future site of our new hospice.
The event will be fun for the whole family and include entertainment, prizes and a BBQ.

Canucks for Kids Fund Telethon - Thank you!
The 20th Anniversary of the Canucks for Kids Fund Telethon presented by Chevrolet was a night to remember helping raise over $1 million for the children and families at Canuck Place Children's Hospice.
The evening broadcast on TEAM 1040 and Rogers Sportsnet featured inspirational stories about Canuck Place children and families. Thank you to Rogers Sportsnet, TEAM 1040, Kristin Reid, Don Taylor, John Shorthouse, John Garret, Craig MacEwen, Tom Larscheid, Rick Ball and Jeff Patterson for your support.
A special thanks to TELUS and its employees for providing the phone lines and staffing the call centre, without your assistance this evening would not have been possible. Also thank you to General Motors Canada for once again generously providing a vehicle for prizing.

2010 Innovative Fitness Canuck Place Adventure Challenge Sept 11th, 2010 Deep Cove, North Vancouver
Registration is open for this year's highly-popular outdoor fundraiser.
This exciting adventure race features trail running, mountain biking and kayaking.
Participants race solo, or as a team of two or four or relay style (long course only). They also receive an 8-week training protocol prepared by Innovative Fitness, weekly instructed trail running and mountain biking classes along with 2 kayaking clinics.
Get the Family Involved!
Kids and Teens Course (5-16 year olds)
Canoe, bike and run around Deep Cove. Participating in pairs with 1 chaperone, children will race a shortened version of the Adventure Challenge course. Approximate race length 1-1.5 hours. $500 pledge minimum per child.
Under 5 Run and Tumble
Run or stumble around Panorama Park, crawl through a tunnel, throw a water balloon and cross the finish line!
By donation (suggested donation $20) – register event day.
Corporate Challenge
Put together a team of co-workers, raise the most money in this category and take the trophy to your office for bragging rights for the year!

You are invited to a magical evening of music and entertainment featuring three of the worlds greatest cantors Shimon Farkas, Alex Stein and Yaakov Motzen conducted by Marvin Hamlisch the Oscar, Emmy, Tony, Golden Globe and Pulitzer award winning arranger,
conductor and composer all accompanied by the Vancouver Symphony Orchestra.
Proceeds benefit Canuck Place Children's Hospice, North Shore Jewish Community Center/Congregation Har El, the CKNW Orphans Fund and the North Shore Hebrew School.
