In celebration of Father's Day, the Vancouver Canadians and Aramark are generously hosting a group of Canuck Place dads and their families at the Vancouver Canadians season opener on June 21, at historic Nat Bailey Stadium. The evening of outdoor fun is being organized through the hospice's recreation therapy department and includes game tickets, an all-you-can-eat barbeque picnic in the park & spectacular infield fireworks for fifty people.

"I'm a big fan of Canuck Place and all of the amazing work the organization does," says Spiro Khouri, Director, Group Sales & Community Relations, Vancouver Canadians Professional Baseball Club. "My colleagues and I are going to create a day to remember at the ball park for everyone who participates in this outing."

To add to the stadium experience, we're fundraising through our online Precious Gifts catalogue to purchase souvenirs for the dads and their families who join this very special outing. Run to Support Canuck Place Children’s Hospice in the first annual Hospice Hustle

Please join us Saturday, June 12th, 2010 and take part in a 5k run/walk and help Canuck Place build a children’s hospice in Abbotsford. The majestic 5km route circles Mill Lake starting & finishing at the future site of our new hospice.

The event will be fun for the whole family and include entertainment, prizes and a BBQ.

RBC Funds Canuck Place Kids Camps

Since 2003 RBC has generously funded Kids Camps at Canuck Place.  The camps provide an opportunity for Canuck Place kids to explore the world in new ways, meet people and engage in fun activities that build confidence and give enjoyment. As a result of RBC's yearly support, this program has grown into a favourite annual event for children at Canuck Place.
