Canuck Place has partnered with Help Texts to provide free grief support delivered directly to your phone. This text-based service offers tips, resources, and guidance that is tailored to reflect your unique grief journey, considering your relationships, nature of loss, and more.

Your Help Texts subscription includes two supporter invitations, so your family, friends, coworkers, or neighbours can also receive tips on how to support you through your grief.
