Liz Rose’s Seventh Summit for Canuck Place

Liz Rose on her seventh summit

In November 2017, Liz Rose became the youngest Canadian ever to climb the Seven Summits – the highest peak on each continent. For her final climb, Mt. Kosciuszko in Australia, she brought Canuck Place with her!

While attending Canuck Place Fall Camp, Liz had children, staff, and volunteers sign a Canuck Place flag, which she brought with her to her final summit. In addition, Liz is fundraising for Canuck Place so children and families on program can experience adventures of their own through the Canuck Place recreation therapy program.

We want to thank everyone who donated to Liz’s campaign!
