There are many wonderful resources and platforms for families to learn more about caring for children living with complex illnesses and pediatric palliative care. We encourage families to read each website for more information and informative resources.
Caring Together is a free platform developed by families and pediatric healthcare providers. It is designed to educate, support, and empower parents caring for a seriously ill child, and those who are experiencing pregnancy or infant loss.
BC Children’s Hospital Pediatric Pain Guide
British Columbia Children’s Hospital has also developed a comprehensive Pediatric Pain Guide for caregivers of children with life-threatening illnesses. It guides families on understanding pain and approaches to support the comfort of their child.
Courageous Parents Network
Courageous Parents Network is a non-profit organization and educational platform that orients, empowers and accompanies families and providers caring for children with serious illness.

KidsGrief is a free online resource that helps parents support their children when someone in their life is dying or has died. It equips parents with the words and confidence needed to help children grieve life’s losses in healthy ways.
